Head to Brighton’s lively North Laine for a tea experience that’s as fun as it is flavourful. The workshop kicks off with a seasonal cocktail or mocktail to set the mood before you ease into a light-hearted tea matching game, perfect for breaking the ice and brushing up on your knowledge. From there, you’ll journey through the fascinating history of tea, guided by expert mixologists who are full of passion and stories to share. Your taste buds will be kept busy as you sample nine distinctive teas from around the world, discover the art of preparing matcha in both classic and flavoured styles, and warm up with a rich spiced sticky chai. Once you’re inspired, it’s your turn to play blender, creating, naming and packaging three unique tea blends to take home, as well as teaming up with others to craft a signature group blend. Throughout the evening you can enjoy unlimited teas and choose from a menu of delicious tea-based cocktails, both boozy and alcohol-free. To round things off, every guest takes home a cotton tote filled with goodies, including recipe cards, tea samples, a tasting journal and your personal blends, along with a handy discount in the shop to stock up on new favourites.
