While the setting evokes the glitz of the Roaring Twenties, the cuisine is thoroughly modern — beginning with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and followed by a freshly prepared five-course lunch crafted from the finest local ingredients, accompanied by half a bottle of red or white wine per person.

As the train gently winds through the rolling landscapes of Kent — known as the Garden of England — you can relax into your plush armchair, soak up the scenery, and savour every indulgent detail. It’s a wonderfully refined escape that blends heritage, fine dining, and breathtaking countryside into one exceptional day out.
