You will then climb part-way up the 10-metre-high spiral tower for a test run on the shorter track, giving you a taste of the excitement to come. Once you’re ready, climb to the top of the tower and prepare for the main event! Attached securely to the overhead rail with your legs dangling beneath you, you will be released onto the track and sent soaring around twists, turns and sweeping corners at speeds of up to 30 mph. If you can take your eyes off the track, you can enjoy impressive views across Penrhyn Quarry and the surrounding Welsh landscape, although the adrenaline rush might have your full attention!
