If the weight varies between the time of initial booking and the date of flight experience, it remains the responsibility of the customer to update their individual weight via their online account prior to flight
    • All passengers will be weighed before the flight, and if a disparity exists between the weight disclosed and the actual weight (within reason), the passenger may be eligible to fly

    • Please note that the maximum weight limit for the Co-Pilot Seat on a helicopter pleasure flight varies depending on aircraft and other operational considerations, but will not exceed 95kg
    • If, as a party of one, you weigh in excess of 15 stone, you may still be able to fly; however, you will need to purchase an additional seat. This seat will either have to remain unoccupied or can be occupied by an individual as long as the combined total as listed above is not exceeded. However, a total individual weight of 21.5 stone cannot be exceeded
    • Please note that once your booking is confirmed, the provider's terms and conditions will apply. In the event of postponements due to weather and/or operational issues, your flight will be rescheduled

1st class from beginning to end. Excellent customer service a really well informed pilot. We were booked on a flight which was not full so were offered the chance of a longer flight instead which was fantastic. We went over Bath the Cotswolds we could not have asked for anything better. I would be very happy to use the company again any time .

An Amazing experience. We were very lucky to have really good weather on the day we went up. It was brilliant we could see for miles. We did the 30 minute tour of the Cotswolds. It was well worth every penny. Would really recommend this trip.

Really friendly but very professional young lady that welcomed us and talked us through safety points,although I did watch video prior to arrival. Take off and the short low flying bit was the best for me. 10mins went really really quickly but as this was a birthday present and something Ive wanted to do for 50 odd yrs Im not complaining Little disappointed that another 15 was required for a photo, taken with a mobile phone, of me stood in front of the helicopter. Left alittle taste to be honest
