The Harvard you'll fly was originally built as a standard T6 in 1943 and later upgraded to a T6-G in 1949. After serving as a trainer and with the Haitian Air Force, it made its way to the UK in 1989. Enjoy a 60-minute Harvard flight lesson and seise the chance to pilot this remarkable aircraft yourself.     • Detailed pre-flight briefing covering the aircraft, equipment and safety procedures
    • Plan the route with your experienced pilot
    • The opportunity to take control between take-off and landing
    • Experience a range of aerobatic manoeuvres (if requested) overhead the aerodrome
    • Flight times are 'chock to chock' with approximately 5 minutes of taxiing and engine checks before getting airborne
    • Signed flight certificate of your ‘T6 Harvard'
    • Car park, museum, café and bar available on-site
    • Optional extras, including in-flight videos, are available to purchase when booking your date
    • Spectators are welcome to come along and watch
    • Minimum age 14
    • An adult must accompany all under 18's on the airfield
    • Maximum weight 17 stone (108kg)
    • Maximum height 6ft 6ins (1.98m)
    • Participants must be able to walk 50 meters unaided and safely egress the aircraft themselves.
    • You must declare yourself medically fit to fly and complete a consent form.
