Set in the demonstration kitchen of this vibrant cookery school in the picturesque fishing village of Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway, the classes use locally sourced ingredients from world-class regional producers. Choose from a wide range of six-hour courses, including Indian and Thai cuisine, breadmaking, fish cookery, or food for entertaining. After observing the chef, you will take your own workstation to practice each dish, with guidance throughout, before enjoying the fruits of your labour with a delicious lunch.
