From the moment you arrive at the beautifully decorated retro salon, you’ll be welcomed by friendly stylists who know exactly how to create that timeless 1950s pin up look. Think soft curls, glossy waves and flawless makeup – all without you having to lift a finger. Once your hair and makeup are complete, you’ll change into a vintage-inspired outfit to finish off your transformation, ready to channel your inner screen siren. After your makeover, you can head over to the charming American-style diner next door and enjoy a rich, indulgent freak shake as you admire your new look. This experience is all about pampering, nostalgia and fun - perfect for anyone who loves the elegance of the 50s or wants to try something totally different for a day.

  • There is no strict minimum age however those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

    Vegan and gluten free can be catered for, however celiac and nut allergies cannot be guaranteed due to the food being prepared off site.

  • Wear whatever you feel comfortable in as you will change onsite.

  • This experience voucher is for one participant, with no spectators allowed. (apart from a guardian for those under 16)

  • The full 50s makeover experience will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes. You'll then head to the diner for one of the notorious 'freakshakes'.

  • This experience is held indoors and will therefore not be affected by any change in weather conditions.
