Master the challenging art of flying a helicopter in this 30 minute lesson for complete beginners, or those working towards their PPL (private pilot license.) Whatever your experience or intentions with learning to fly a helicopter, this session can be tailored to all abilities. Amazing experience, had way more opportunity to take the controls than I was expecting which was unreal. Really nice guys, who took lots of time to explain everything in laymans terms. They even took my girlfriend up in a separate aircraft as it was going up anyway so got some great photos Just need to save up for another 40 lessons. Highly recommend

I had a half hour helicopter flying lesson from Gloucester Airport. The female instructor was awesome, very calm and she explained everything she was doing. I got to use all 3 controls and flew back from Stroud although the instructor had to take full control due to my rubbish attempts at hovering. This was an experience Ill never forget, a totally amazing day. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this experience. Had heard it was quite hard to fly a helicopter which meant i was a bit nervous beforehand. But my instructor was really helpful and was brave enough to let me just about have a go on my own once shed let me have a go at learning each of the controls independently. Had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone

We bought out son, Jay, a helicopter flying lesson for his 13th birthday and he flew from Staverton airport. He had a very nice lady flying instructor who, during the briefing and after asking him a few questions seemed quite impressed with his knowledge of aircraft. Needless to say, she let him take total control as they flew from Tewkesbury to Gloucester His face was a picture when he got back the first thing he said bearing in mind you can start working towards getting a pilots licence from the tender age of 14 was Mum, I only need 45 hours flying to get my licence

It was an excellent experience the instructor was great at explaining all the controls of the helicopter. I was anxiousnervous to begin with, especially with take off, but once we were up and running and the instructor let me have a go with the controls, my mind was taken away from the heightsensation, and I was busy trying to steer the helicopter. I was allowed to land the helicopter three times with a lot of help and play with hovering near the ground and using the pedals to keep the helicopter still. A very enjoyable experience and something Id try again if only it were a little cheaper Highly recommended.
