Working in a professional kitchen alongside your group, you will be guided through the key stages of cheesemaking and learn how different textures and flavours are developed. You could be making fresh Mozzarella, creamy Ricotta, or Indian Paneer, as well as experimenting with flavoured soft cheeses using herbs, chilli, and spices. There’s even the chance to explore goat’s cheese and other artisan varieties. To complete the experience, you will also make artisan bread using whey from the cheesemaking process, plus a homemade chutney to pair perfectly with your creations. A hands-on, flavour-packed session where you will leave with new skills, recipes, and plenty of cheese to enjoy.
