From Bomber Squadrons to Night Flight Training, Cranfield has been a hub of aviation activity for decades. This flight training school at Cranfield provides teaching for those who want to earn their PPL (Private Pilot’s Licence) and is also a member's flying club. It's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with a team eager to get you flying. After receiving a pre-flight safety briefing and an explanation of the controls, you will proceed directly to the aircraft for your lesson. We offer vouchers for 30 and 60-minute flying lessons departing from Cranfield. All instruction is provided on a one-to-one basis, with a CAA-licensed instructor accompanying you onboard. Cranfield is a bustling General Aviation airfield, ideal for those looking to experience a trial flying lesson.
