Take to the skies over Surrey in this 2 seater Cessna 152 departing from Blackbushe Airfield which is conveniently located just off the M3 and near various locations such as Basingstoke, Wokingham and the wider surrounding counties of Hampshire and Berkshire. Having a lesson take off from Blackbushe Airfield isn’t just about flying, for the site has an incredible history that dates back to World War Two. This experience is not only ideal for those who want to learn how to fly from a highly respected school, but for those who are fascinated by aircraft history. This Airport played a significant role in WW2 when it was known as RAF Hartfordbridge, causing the A30 to be closed as this became the southern part of the runway. After the end of WW2, the airfield’s name changed to RAF Blackbushe and became the training centre it’s known as today. In this 60 Minute flying lesson you will be in safe hands, as there’s been a flying school on this site since 1985. Our expert instructors will guide you through the basic controls and make sure you’re ready for piloting in the air. The aim is to get you flying for the majority of the session, but of course, each experience is tailored to the person and if you want to just sit back and enjoy the ride, you can! With brilliant facilities on site, a rich history and handy location this is the perfect place to indulge yourself or a loved one in a fun flying lesson run by experts and those passionate about the skies.

Really enjoyed my flight.The instructor was very good if it wasnt the fact they cancelled twice and didnt start my flight until 1145 though it was supposed to be at 1030am I would have given 5 stars.
