About the experience

Get ready for an exhilarating adventure with white water rafting at Northampton's premier water sports centre! Experience the UK's first artificial, pumped whitewater course on the River Nene. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rafter, this venue is perfect for all skill levels. Three large pumps upstream on the River Nene control the water flow, allowing you to start with placid conditions and increase the difficulty as you progress. With a comprehensive safety briefing and instruction on rafting techniques, you'll feel confident as you paddle and manoeuvre your six-seater raft down the 300m white water section. You'll complete up to five or six thrilling circuits of the raft run, all while spectators watch the fun around the dug-out water channel. Don't worry about gear—the friendly staff provides wetsuits, windproof jackets, floatation aids, and safety helmets. All you need to bring is a swim costume and a sense of adventure. Fully trained and experienced rafting guides will ensure you have a blast while keeping you safe. With excellent facilities, quality equipment, and top-notch tuition, you're guaranteed to have fun, get wet, and be exhausted at the end of your exciting session of white water rafting.
