Rafting Unleashed
- Enjoy an exhilarating 'Rafting Unleashed' White Water session
- You will be kitted out by the team with wetsuits, wet boots, helmets and buoyancy aids
- Learn the basic skills and safety elements of rafting
- Paddle across the lake and complete a short swim test and activity assessment
- Your raft guide will help you navigate the drops and eddies of the rapids
- Experience length: 90 minutes. Allow 120 minutes on-site for your session
- Rafts can accommodate up to 9 participants, and the instructor
Hydrospeeding
- Take on the rapids as on a hydrospeed
- You will be kitted out by the team with wetsuits, wet boots, helmets and buoyancy aids.
- Complete a short swim test and activity assessment
- Surf your way down the rapids, holding on to your hydrospeed
- Please allow approximately 2 hours on-site for this experience
Hotdogs (for Two only)
- Paddle the legacy loops course in a two-man kayak
- You will be kitted out by the team with wetsuits, wet boots, helmets and buoyancy aids.
- Complete a short swim test and activity assessment
- Practice your paddle skills before taking on white water rafting on the Olympic standard course
- Please allow at least 2 hours on-site for this experience

- All participants must be over the age of 12
- Under 18s must have a parental consent form signed by their legal parent/guardian

- There are onsite food outlets where food and refreshments can be purchased with great views of the course.
- On-site kid's play area and the beautiful nearby River Lee Country Park
- Golf, fishing and other pay-on-the-day and free activities are available to enjoy, subject to availability.
- Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the action.
