About the experience
Is there a better way to spend 2 hours in the waters of the Avon Valley than with a Paddleboarding Lesson? If you're struggling to come up with a new and exciting activity to do with your child in the holidays, why not get them booked onto this 2 hour lesson so they feel comfortable on the water and have a chance to cool off from the blistering summer heat! Throughout the session they will be accompanied by experienced instructors teaching them how to stand up on the board and how to use paddle techniques in the water to guide themselves through the river. All sessions will begin with kneeling on the board and will work up to a full stand, because despite appearances, Paddleboarding is far harder to master than you think! Once you're child has passed and can safely stand on the board, they'll have the chance to play some games. With all equipment provided, this water sports activity is the perfect summer escape and a way to break up the hot days. If you know a child 12 and up who could do with spending some more time outdoors and benefiting from the challenge of mastering a new water based skill, look no further!

- Two Hour Paddleboarding Lesson
- Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
- Move from kneeling on the board to standing up, learn paddle strokes, turns and tricks and games
- All equipment including boards, paddles, leashes, buoyancy aids and wetsuits (if required) are included
- Lessons will take place with one instructor to a maximum of 6 participants (up to 12 participants may be arranged in advance when booking your date)
- Suitable for adults and children, minimum age 12, under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult
