The Slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit - Family ticket
About the experience
If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, be sure to visit the ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The park is home to the highest, tallest, and longest slide in the world! The incredible structure was designed by Sir Anish Kapoor and is already a must-see attraction, but with tickets to the Olympic Park slide, your visit will become even more thrilling. The Orbit in East London offers two lift options or a 500-step stair climb that leads up to a viewing platform situated 78m above the ground. On a clear day, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. However, if you happen to hear a screaming noise from the corner, don't worry, it's just the sound of the next slider rider launching themselves off into the unknown. Before you slide down, you'll be given elbow pads and a head cap for safety. The experience is similar to riding a bobsleigh through a narrow and enclosed metal tube that has both dark and light sections. Once you're all set, you lie down on your Orbit sliding mat, grip the handles tightly, and slide away! Conquer the amazing Olympic park slide and experience screams of fear, laughter of joy, and big smiles. The slide finishes with a thrilling near-vertical 50m drop before levelling out and delivering you to the bottom. It's truly an exhilarating experience that you don't want to miss!
