About the experience
Getting a bullseye is the aim of the game with this Target Sports Experience in Highbridge, Somerset. With a choice of air rifles, archery or axe throwing you can pick one to try your hand at. With your activity of choice lasting an hour you will have plenty of time to perfect your shot. Your experienced instructor will provide all the equipment and guide your technique throughout the session Whether you pick archery where you will test your skills with games , air rifles using Air Arms S400 Air Rifles or SIG Sauer P226 air pistol to shoot or axe throwing to feel like a viking using 3 traditional axes but in all sessions you will learn the basics of the sport. This is a great way to give a target sport a shot!

Information
- Try your hand at air rifles shooting, archery or axe throwing
- Each activity lasts approximately one hour
- All sessions start with a safety briefing
- Equipment is provided
- Choose one activity from the following activities
Traditional Archery
- Learn the basic principles of archery
- A host of games to test your skills
Air Rifle/Pistol Shooting
- Learn rules of the range and shooting techniques
- Tuition from knowledgeable instructors
- You will be using Air Arms S400 Air Rifles or SIG Sauer P226 air pistol
Axe Throwing
- Your instructor will demonstrate various throwing techniques and then its your turn!
- Use three traditional axe types; the Viking Norse Axe, the Scout Axe and the Mountain Man Axe
- Food and water, drinks can be purchased from the onsite shop if required
Minimum Age: 11 years
- Weekdays and weekends between April and September
- Morning and afternoon sessions are generally available
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating or spectating adult
- Minimum age restrictions: Air rifles & archery 11, air pistols 18, axe throwing: 12
- Spectators are welcome to watch from designated viewing areas
