About the experience

Create beautiful, custom pieces of jewellery in these amazing Cleethorpes workshops using the natural riches of the seas. Have you ever taken a stroll along the beach while gathering interesting objects like shells and fossils? There's a good probability that you've previously collected some sea glass. But what is sea glass? Simply described, it is broken pieces of glass that have been honed by the sea's saltwater currents over a period of five to fifty years.

Minimum Age: 6 years

  • You can bring your own piece of seaglass to use however it must sit flat on a table without rocking to ensure it can be set into the jewellery securely. It will be set as it is found, it will not be cut or shaped in the studio
  • Extra materials such as silver and gemstones can be purchased on the day

  • Minimum age 6, under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult
  • Suitable for beginners
