About the experience

Experience the stunning scenery of the River Derwent with a TrackDays.co.uk whitewater rafting experience. Starting at Darley Dale with some calmer waters to get you used to the raft and paddling - you'll follow a 4.5 mile stretch leading into Matlock Bath. The lower section of the river features moderate grade 2 rapids - dodging granite boulders and eddys - until the final part of your trip takes you past High Tor's 120m sheer cliff face. The team will take you back to your starting point at the end - the Square and Compass stone-built inn. The perfect place to end your adrenaline fueled water adventure with a glass of wine or a pint!
