About the experience
There can be little other forms of driving that are as exhilarating or 'sidey-ways' as Rally Driving. And over at Knockhill, Scotland's premiere motorsport centre, you'll have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a rally spec Ford Fiesta ST Zetec, that powers out 150 bhp with a hydraulic handbrake, roll cages and safety harnesses, as you navigate it up the specially designed tarmac and gravel rally stage which measures 1 mile in length, which can be booked at anytime to suit you - whether that's weekdays or weekends - and which will challenge you with the fact it's built into a hillside and it's anything but straight running, with multiple curves and corners to try and tackle! You'll be welcomed by an expert rally instructor on your arrival at the venue, who will take you through a full safety briefing. Following this, it'll be time to head out to take on your introductory four laps on the stage, all under your instructor's tuition. After a break to take in how others in your group get on with their laps on the day, you'll progress to the more advanced tuition in another round of four laps, as you attempt more complex manoeuvres such as sliding into corners and powering out of curves. Then it's time for the big shot, as you'll take on an assessed run, with your instructor acting as co-pilot offering pace notes just as they would in a real rally stage, which will determine who emerges as Knockhill's rally champion of the day! With a high speed rally passenger ride to finish off, followed by a debriefing with presentation of prizes on the day, it all adds up to a rally driving day package in Scotland that'll be truly unforgettable!

- All drivers must hold a full UK or European driving licence and be able to drive a manual car
