- Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
- Move from kneeling on the board to standing up, learn paddle strokes, turns and tricks and games
- All equipment including boards, paddles, leashes, buoyancy aids and wetsuits (if required) are included
- Lessons will take place with one instructor to a maximum of 6 participants (up to 12 participants may be arranged in advance when booking your date)

- Child vouchers are valid for 12-16 year olds
- Adult vouchers are valid for ages 17+
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Sessions operate between May and September
- Saturdays and Sundays, weekdays may be available upon request
- Dates and session times are subject to availability and weather conditions
