- Experiences generally start at 09:00 finishing at 15:00

- Indoor meditation sessions take place in a barn when it is raining
- Suitable outdoor clothing should be worn along with sturdy boots
- Participants should bring swimwear and a towel
- Sun hats and sun cream are recommended during the summer months
