Are you ready for an exciting and thrilling quad biking experience in Newcastle? With over 1000 acres of beautiful English countryside to explore and bikes that love hitting the bumps, humps and cambers at speed, this trek experience is sure to please. Located just outside Hexham and only 30 minutes from Newcastle's city centre, Slaley Hall is the meeting point for this exciting day out. Leave the hustle and bustle of town behind and get ready to explore the leafy paths of rural Northumberland. The funky Hondas make quad biking easier as they are Tiptronic, meaning the gear shift is electronic. This doesn't compromise on power, though, as these ATVs pull more torque than their predecessors. What's more, the woodland trails, mud pits, water pools and steep drops just minutes from Newcastle offer a thrilling quad biking session. Once you are comfortable with the controls and handling, you won't be dawdling; you'll be charging on your racing-style Honda TRX. Safety is paramount as the quads used by this setup are pretty powerful. Each rider will be given an ACU (Auto-Cycle Union) gold-stamped approved full-face helmet, overalls, gloves and wellies. Goggles will also be provided if it's dry and there's a good chance you'll kick up the dust as you ride. Your quad biking experience in Newcastle will give you around 45 minutes of riding time, not forgetting the safety briefing. What's more, group sizes are kept small and you will each have your own machine to ride for the duration of the trek. If you are a beginner, don't worry as tuition and a little practice time before heading off with a guide leading you is all included.

- Minimum age is 16
- No previous experience is required
- All riders must demonstrate safe control of the bikes before taking part in the trek
- The venue is usually open 7 days a week
- Sessions generally start every hour and a half between 10:00 and 16:00
Minimum Age: 16 years
- There is a wooden cabin onsite with toilet facilities
- Due to the nature of this activity it is not suitable for spectators however non participating guests are welcome to wait at the cabin
- There is a hotel adjacent to the activity centre with luxury accommodation, bar, restaurants, Spa and golf courses
