Are you interested in learning blacksmithing? Then head into the countryside for a unique experience in Norfolk! Located in Thorpe-next-Haddiscoe, you'll find Daniel's blacksmithing workshop at the heart of a working farm. Spend a day with him and learn the art of blacksmithing. Daniel is a skilled craftsman who has studied artistic blacksmithing and contemporary crafts. He has even travelled to Japan to study at the Tokyo University of Arts, which led to his minimalist, Wabi-Sabi approach to blacksmithing. This approach emphasizes the beauty in imperfection and heightens creativity. All the necessary equipment is provided, and much of it is sourced from local suppliers, which really immerses you in the picturesque surroundings of the Norfolk Broads. During the day course, you can make anything you like. Previous students have forged bottle openers, hooks, and key rings. You'll have plenty of time to perfect your piece, and of course, you'll be taking it home with you to admire or use forever.

- Suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience

- Sessions generally start at 10:00 finishing around 18:00

- Avoid wearing man-made fabrics as they are flammable
