About the experience
The Land Rover Defender has remained an iconic name in off-road vehicles since they were first launched in 1948, with over two million Land Rover and Defender models produced. Now you can get to see for yourself why they are the best off-roader in the world with our Land Rover Defender Off-Road Experience at our Prestwold Hall venue. This unique experience package will let you take to the wheel of a Defender, and feel the power and suspension as you tackle a number of challenging obstacles out on the off-road course, covering terrain such as steep inclines and nerve-wrenching declines, you'll be getting seriously muddy and wet through a deep gully and rutted course.
Your experience will include:
- Welcome introduction and sign in with our team to collect your itinerary
- Drivers briefing with an experienced and qualified instructor
- 30 minutes behind the wheel of our Land Rover Defender, guided by one of our expert off-road instructors
- FREE 4x4 passenger Ride
Please allow to be at the venue for the entire morning or afternoon

Driver Requirements:
Minimum age: 17 (under 18s require parental/guardian consent)
Minimum height: 153cm, Maximum height: 198cm
Maximum weight: 127kg
In order to take part, drivers must have and produce their booking confirmation and a driving licence which allows them to legally drive on UK roads
Drivers must be able to understand instructions given to them in English
Participants must be medically fit to take part
Glasses must be worn if required for driving
Please check the driver meets these requirements before you book
Venue Rules:

Anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate
No dogs allowed on site
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to the location
Customers must arrive at their booking location 30 minutes before their drive time and if late may forfeit their booking
Full-face helmets must be worn when driving at Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Goodwood & Snetterton (you can bring your own)
Helmets must be worn in the Ariel Atom at any venue

Maximum Height: 198.00 cm
Maximum Weight: 127.00 kg
The event runs on selected weekdays and weekends.
Unless pre-purchased, an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be offered to you at registration on the day. The pay on the day price is £5 more than booking online.
Driving experiences are still carried out during rainy weather. We advise you to wear waterproof clothing. In extreme weather conditions, events may be cancelled. In this eventuality, we or the provider will do our best to contact the participant to inform them and rearrange the experience.
