Join us at Avon Valley Farm, a popular destination that offers excellent facilities for a perfect day out. Our dedicated target archery zone, situated on the edge of the park, guarantees safety for archers of all ages. You are just moments away from the main park which boasts a fantastic cafe. Our 'barebow archery' technique is back to basics, using easy-to-handle recurve bows, with no gadgets to distract you. It's all about you, the arrow, and the bow, getting the basic techniques right so that you hit the target every time. Don't worry if you've never held a bow before; our coaches will teach you everything you need to know. Keep calm and collected as you learn the techniques of nocking your arrow and pulling back the bow. You'd be surprised to know that archery doesn't require much upper-arm strength, just the right technique! For younger archers, we have lighter bows, specifically designed for 12-17 year-olds. We also cater to left-handed archers with bows that fit them perfectly. Our archery range is built on flat, grassy land, with extensive parking, making it accessible for wheelchair users too. This venue, located just outside Keynsham, is perfect for an exciting day out with all the family. - Under 18s must be accompanied on site by an adult and have a disclaimer signed by a parent or guardian
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Dates and session times are subject to availability and weather conditions
