About the experience

Take your first step towards obtaining your Helicopter Pilot's Licence by experiencing this unique introductory package, which includes a lesson in a two seater training helicopter. As part of your Helicopter Pilot Training, our instructor will introduce you to the basics of piloting and flying a helicopter, plus you'll have the opportunity to fly the helicopter yourself! Come and join us at one of four locations nationwide across the UK, for an insight into what it takes to become a Professional Helicopter Pilot. The instructors on these sessions are qualified pilots, who have a vast amount of helicopter flying experience to their credit, including flying an R22 to a Super Puma in training and North Sea operations. Also included in this experience is lunch, plus you'll get a guided tour of the hangars at your chosen venue, with introduction to some of the main helicopter models, as well as an informative presentation delivered by a CAA Licenced Helicopter Instructor on what career options are available to you when you become a helicopter pilot. Supplied by one of the largest helicopter operators in the UK, rest assured you'll be given a full and unique insight into what it's really like to be a pilot on this all inclusive flying lesson - which also counts towards your training for your Pilot's Licence!
