About the experience
Ride the rapids with this Hydrospeeding Adventure at Lee Valley White Water Centre in Herefordshire. Hang on tight as you take the leap and jump into the fast moving water with your hydrospeed to help you manoeuvre the white water. For those asking what a Hydrospeed is, it's a big foamy board that has a curved front that cuts through fast flowing water like the bow of a boat. All the kit is provided for this experience so all you need to remember is your swimming costume and a change of clothes. You don't have to have experience hydrospeeding but you do need to complete a short swimming test to make sure you're safe and ready to go. Once you're briefed, you will be ready to head down the rapids course. So what are you waiting for, jump in and have a splash!

- Ride the rapids on your own hydro speed 'float'
- Takes place at Lee Valley White Water Centre
- Includes on land briefing and swim assessment
- Take on the rapids as on a hydrospeed
- You will be kitted out by the team with wetsuits, wet boots, helmets and buoyancy aids
- Complete a short swim test and activity assessment
- Surf your way down the rapids holding on to your hydrospeed
- Please allow approximately 2 hours on site for this experience
- There are onsite food outlets where food and refreshments can be purchased with great views of the course
- On site kids play area and the beautiful nearby River Lee Country Park
- Disc Golf Course pay on the day activities are available to enjoy, subject to availability
- Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the action
