- Closed Monday and Tuesday, Open Wednesday to Sunday
- November - March : 10:00-17:00
- April - October: 10:00-18:00
- Last entry is 60 mins before closing
- The museum is closed for the Ceremonial season plus; London Marathon Day, Easter Friday and Christmas Eve to Boxing Day

- Not available on Bank Holidays, 19th March, 6th May, and 24th-31st December inclusive
- Afternoon tea is served from 13:00-16:30
