About the experience

Whether you are looking for a chance to embrace your inner medieval cavalier or wanting to add another string to your bow as an experienced archer, this mounted archery session is the perfect experience. You do not need to be as experienced an archer as Robin Hood to have a go. Your experience will start with you getting to grips with your horse bow on the ground. After perfecting your archery standing up, it will be time for you to get into the saddle. After mounting your horse, you will then learn the skills of your favourite movie cavalier and learn how to let go of your reins. Once you get to know your trusty steed you will be hitting targets down the 100m run, while your horse takes care of giving you a smooth ride and tracking straight. After learning mounted archery there will be no doubt you will be offered a seat at King Arthur’s Round Table.
