My experience was a Falconary experience at a Falconary Centre in Hagley, West Midlands. we had a small group and were made to feel very welcome with coffee and biscuits on arrival. We then had a tour of all the birds kept at the centre. Abi, who took the session was very knowledgeable and informative about every single one of the birds. We then had the opportunity to see seven birds in flight and up close on our arms. Absolutely brilliant, and made more special by the attentiveness of Abi.

Fantastic half day with the birds. Due to rain and people cancelling, I was the only one along with my wife as observer and chief photographer enjoying this experience which meant I had much more time handling the different birds. Andy the Falconer was excellent and clearly very passionate about his work,giving us so much information although have to say his jokes are something else All in all a very enjoyable half day which I would thoroughly recommend.

What a treat My full day bird of prey experience was truly delightful. The amount of information given was excellent and put everything the birds did into context. I was fortunate to experience the full day almost on a onetoone basis due to the weather forecast but cold and occasional showers didnt stop the displays. The respect the staff and volunteers have for these beautiful birds was a delight to see and being able to handle and fly such fabulous creatures was a bucketlist must. The woodland visit was really great seeing the hawk in its element soaring between the branches was awesome. My thanks to the handler and team for the best day out.

Great day, very exciting and educational, good value for money and a great laugh, even with the other people joining in... Would do it again and will be trying the full day session with eagles etc. Next chance we get thanks to the excellent host too

This was something I have always wanted to do and I was not disappointed. The meet and greet explained what would be happening during my experience. I was shown around the centre and had the opportunity to see many types of birds. The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was not rushed, everyone who attended had the same opportunities and time with the birds. To be so close to these birds was amazing. I really enjoyed my experience.

Really enjoyed the experience,having various birds of prey land on your arm is totally mind blowing.The staff are really knowledgable about all of the birds and obviously enjoy showing them to members of the public.Would go again in a heart beat.

This Owl experience was bought for me as a christmas present, it was fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed it. The owls were stunning, flying back forth onto your arm, perched on your arm for a while then flying off again. I enjoyed a solid two hours in the company of these beautiful creatures the knowledge of our host was superb, 1010.Enough said, highly recommend, will visit again. Keith Williams
