Bob, with his extensive experience at Bewl Water since its inception in 1978, is your trusted guide to the waters. During your training, you will master the art of casting a line into Bewl Water, reeling in your catch, and gaining valuable insights into tackle and techniques. Expert angler Bob will mentor you personally, ensuring an enjoyable and enlightening experience. Each course is tailored to your needs—whether starting from scratch or looking to refine your skills. The package includes boat hire, equipment, and the Bewl Water fly fishing permit so that you can dive right into your learning experience upon arrival. As one of England's premier trout fisheries, Bewl Water offers unparalleled fly fishing opportunities. With the fishing season running from April to October, you can cast your line along several miles of the bank or from one of our 54 boats.

- Bewl Water is a perfect venue for a day out for all the family, whether you are on the fly fishing experience or not
- There's the Look Out restaurant offering excellent catering with stunning views from the conservatory over Bewl and its beautiful meadows and woodland
- The Swallow passenger ferry sails daily from April to mid September offering 45 minute trips around the lake
- Bicycles may be hired during the summer for the 12.5 mile ride around the reservoir
- There are many lovely walks and a nature reserve
