There are many exciting gorge walks in and around North Wales, just waiting to be explored! The professional team will provide a full safety briefing after you register. They will also provide all necessary gear, including wetsuits, safety helmets, and buoyancy aids. Once you arrive, you'll be carried downstream as you slide over rocks and leap from natural ledges into the refreshing Welsh water. The stunning landscapes of Llangollen, along with the exhilarating experience of canyoning in the crystal-clear, fast-flowing water, will awaken your senses. Gorge Walking - Two Hour Taster
- The gorge walking session lasts around two hours
- Jump off of rock steps
- Slide down rock slabs
- Leap into clear mountain water
- All equipment is provided
- You will be accompanied by fully qualified instructors
Information
Minimum Age: 8 years
- This experience is available all year round
- Availability may be limited during winter months (November - February)
- Gorge walking taster: Typical start times are 09:30 and 13:30
- Canyoning full-day: Sessions start at 09:00
- You will need a T-shirt and swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit and shoes that you don't mind getting wet
- Remember to take a couple of towels
- You will need your own transport to take you to and from the climbing site
- The operator can advise on accommodation options in the Llangollen area
- Please note a minimum of two vouchers must be purchased for this experience
- This spectator is not suitable for spectators
- Toilets and changing facilities are available at the operators centre
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- You do not have to know how to swim, but you need to be confident in water
