An interesting day making a glass paper weight. Excellent attention to detail and safety issues. Two friendly tutors who were able to step in immediately if we were struggling with anything. A fascinating time learning to manage molten glass. Thank you

A brilliant day! I would highly recommend this to anyone who like myself has ever watched glassmaking demonstrations and thought they would love to try. A full on day spent with two friendly professional glassmakers who explained and encouraged as we worked through from gathering glass from the furnace to completing our lovely paperweights.
Hilary Sheen
Both Caroline and Derek were amazing. We had the best day with them and would reccomend glass making to anyone. They were very safety conscious and gave just the right balance of tuition and practicle learning. Brilliant day!!!

A brilliant day which gave more than just a taster of Glass making - the environment was comfortable and professional and the experts were really supportive and encouraging! I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in glass or other practical crafts - especially if they don't mind intense heat!

Brilliant day. Excellent friendly, helpful instruction and demonstrations from a passionate and knowledgeable glass maker. A great hands on opportunity to try and make something lovely from glass.

This is a fascinating, engaging opportunity to work with a master of glassblowing and to learn from his passion, knowledge and experience. I was amazed by how quickly I was able to start trying things out myself. We were very fortunate in that half of our group dropped out so we got a huge amount of attention. It was a different and exciting day.
