You might find yourself rappelling down a waterfall, scrambling across rocky walls, jumping across boulders, or even exploring underground caverns and leaping over bogs. Remember, you don't have to attempt every challenge if you're not comfortable - but trust us, once you start, you won't want to stop. And for those feeling particularly daring, there's always the grand finale: Loonies Leap, a thrilling water plunge.

Information
- Not suitable for spectators as participants are trekking
- You can meet participants at start and finish points
- Minimum age 8
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian
- Children will not be mixed with adults unless it is a family group
- There is no upper age limit, but please bear in mind this is quite a physical activity and there is a weight limit of 18 stone
- Lunch is not included, so bring a packed lunch, or pre-order from the supplier for an additional charge
Minimum Age: 8 years
Maximum Weight: 114.00 kg
- Participants should bring swimwear, trainers or walking boots, a towel and a change of clothes
- Facilities at the activity centre base include refreshment machines, toilets and changing areas
- The centre can also assist with finding suitable overnight accommodation for clients
- The gorge is approx a 40 minute drive from the activity centre
- Mini bus transport is provided, however this is a complimentary service and can not be guaranteed
- Session times include check-in, kit-up and travel time to/from the gorge location
- Experiences run all year round on both week and weekend days
- Sessions are subject to weather conditions and suitable river levels
