About the experience

If you’ve been enticed by the wonders of Falconry before, and crave an all encompassing experience where you get to learn more about the birds this full day based at Hatton Country World is right up your street. Aside from flying, this experience is about getting to know each species of bird here that range from Indian Eagle Owls to Lanner Falcons, and understanding their feeding schedule, weight management and what goes on behind the scenes with record keeping. Falconry is far more than just the flying - but a whole artform that very few people get the chance to fully appreciate. Based at Hatton Country World near Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa the location is nothing short of ideal as on site there is a children’s play park where all the family can get involved as well as education centres for learning about the birds and an indoor flying centre meaning you can enjoy the experience whatever the weather. This experience not only provides you with expert knowledge on these birds of prey, but advanced skills for flying and training which areen’t typically covered in shorter sessions. If you have tried Falconry before, and love the idea of an extensive 6 hour session where you get even more up close and personal with these magnificent birds, now is your chance.
