The drift blast experience gives approximately 5 minutes behind the wheel of one of our drift prepared Nissan 350Z. Whilst motorsport in the UK is in a steady decline, the relatively new sport of drifting is going from strength to strength to become arguably one of the most exciting forms of four-wheeled fun around the globe, with the ability to captivate large audiences due to its daredevil, freestyle version of motorsport. Take to the helm of one of our specially prepared drift Nissan 350Z’s with your own instructor in the passenger seat teaching you the sensational, sideways techniques of controlling a high-powered drift car on the edge.

Itinerary

  • Welcome and driver safety briefing

Tickle your tastebuds with 5 minutes behind the wheel on a specially designed low grip area learning techniques such as:

  • Power over initiations
  • Countersteer
  • Throttle balance
  • Certification of completion

  • Please allow up to 1 hour at the venue from arrival to departure.

  • Unless pre-purchased, an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be offered to you at registration on the day. The pay on the day price is £5 more than booking online.
  • This voucher is valid for 10 months from the date of purchase. We recommend booking your voucher 8 - 12 weeks in advance. You can upgrade the validity when you order. A high speed passenger ride can be added for £10. There is an additional fee to book a weekend date.

  • Driver Requirements:
    In order to take part, drivers must have and produce their booking confirmation and a driving licence which allows them to legally drive on UK roads
    Drivers must be able to understand instructions given to them in English
    Participants must be medically fit to take part
    Glasses must be worn if required for driving
    Please check the driver meets these requirements before you book

    Venue Rules:
    Some venues mentioned below may not be relevant to this experience
    Anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate
    No dogs allowed on site
    The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
    Customers must arrive at their booking location 30 minutes before their drive time and if late may forfeit their booking
    Full-face helmets must be worn when driving at Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Goodwood & Snetterton (you can bring your own)

  • Driving experiences are still carried out during rainy weather. All of our cars are road cars and are fitted with wet weather tyres. We advise you to wear waterproof clothing. In extreme weather conditions, events may be cancelled. In this eventuality, we or the events team directly will do our best to contact the participant to inform you and rearrange your experience.
