Discover the thrill of freediving in Somerset with a hands on experience in a private, fully equipped pool. With all necessary gear, including a wetsuit, provided, you'll dive right into expert led training from passionate instructors eager to share their knowledge. If you’re looking to shake up your swimming routine or try an exciting new sport, freediving is an ideal choice. In essence, freediving teaches you to dive with just one breath, mastering lung control as you explore underwater. During this half-day session, you'll learn safe breathing techniques, efficient movement, and even the art of blowing a perfect bubble ring! Designed for beginners who are confident swimmers, this course covers foundational breathing and diving techniques to set you up for future underwater adventures. Dive in to learn the essentials of breath control, fin-based movement, and vital safety practices in this transformative freediving experience.

Information
- Participants must be over 12 years old and be able to swim
- A good general level of fitness is required
- Participants respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health
- A medical statement must be completed prior to participating
- Under 18s must be accompanied onsite by an adult
- Selected Sundays throughout the year
- Sessions start at 10:00 finishing at 13:30
- Participants should arrive at 09:30
