About the experience

Fancy turning your hand to one of man’s oldest skills? Have a go at our Collie Sheepdog Experience day in West Yorkshire. The stunning Ilkley Moors will be the backdrop to you learning how to handle and train the sheepdogs. Your host will be the fantastic shepherdess Barbara Sykes, she will share her knowledge on shepherding, sheep, trialling and farming, as you get to learn to work with the dogs. There will be plenty of time during the day to get your whistle, signs and calls spot on, knowing your 'Come bye' from your 'Away" .
