About the experience
Experience exhilarating and family-friendly clay pigeon shooting in Leicestershire. Our expert firearms instructors are trained to cater to all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience at our family-run rifle range near Market Harborough. Choose from a range of clay shooting experiences, from a short taster course to more intense shooting sessions. Our venue offers the perfect opportunity to learn and master the skills needed to break these iconic terracotta discs, providing a true sense of achievement. Before you start, you'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing, including instructions on handling, loading, aiming, and firing a gun. We provide standard safety equipment such as ear protectors and a padded vest. With 400 acres of expansive landscape, there's ample space to perfect your hunting technique. Our centre features 12 electric traps firing different types of clays, offering a realistic shooting experience. Test your skills with simulated game scenarios and ground-based targets, all using a 12-—or 20-bore shotgun, suitable for men, women, and children as young as 12. Throughout the day, an experienced clay pigeon shooting instructor will accompany and support you, ensuring you get the most out of this traditional outdoor sporting pastime. The course lasts approximately one hour, including tuition, and alternative activities are available to fill a day with adrenaline-filled fun.

- Minimum age 12 years old
- Under 18s must be accompanied on site by a participating or spectating adult
- Clay pigeon shooting is available at this venue all year round

- Monday to Saturday 9:00 to 18:00
- Sunday 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00

- There are refreshments available on site (tea, coffee and juices) or you can bring along your own
- There are also toilets and showers and camping facilities
- Spectators are welcome and will be kitted out with ear defenders to be able to watch the action from close to the traps
