This welcoming outdoor centre offers 90-minute archery sessions for all ages, starting from just eight years old. Regardless of your experience level, these sessions are perfect for you. Archery is an exciting sport that's easy to learn and suitable for everyone. You'll get all the equipment you need, including a bow that's customized to your size and build, protective gear, and arrows. During your session, you'll learn the fundamentals of archery, such as holding the bow, loading an arrow, and releasing it. You don't have to be incredibly strong to be an archer; with the right technique, anyone can hit the bullseye! Using your recurve bow and arrows, you'll aim for the golden centre ring to hit the bullseye. It may take a few tries to get the hang of it, but with practice, you'll be hitting those coloured rings and celebrating your success in no time. Since 2010, this archery club near Sandy has been welcoming archers of all levels. As an affiliated member of ArcheryGB (the official governing body of the sport), you can be assured of excellent teaching and a safe experience. Plus, the stunning countryside location just off the main A1 makes it a perfect setting to enjoy this thrilling sport.

- All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult
- Available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the year
- Sessions are at 10.00, 12.00 and 14.00 and will go ahead regardless of wet weather
Minimum Age: 8 years
- Non-baggy tops/jumpers should be worn
- Hair to be tied up
- Please advise the instructor of any injuries you may be suffering from that could affect your shooting
- Piercings from the waist up to be removed. (Only exceptions studs or small looped earrings)
- Suitable footwear such as trainers or walking boots should be worn, no open-toed sandals or flip flops
- In wet/cold weather suitable outdoor clothing is advisable
- Spectators may view from a designated area and are welcome at no additional charge
