About the experience
See North Wales from the water on a guided open canoe trip over the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. You will paddle across this amazing UNESCO World Heritage site, looking at the Llangollen canal and River Dee cross paths. You will be canoeing for around 2 and a half hours in two person canoes. You will be guided along the water by expert instructors and provided with all the kit you need. Your session will be a relaxing and enjoyable way to see this part of Wales. - Pregnant women are not permitted to take part
- You do not have to know how to swim, but you need to be confident in moving water
- Family and friends are welcome to spectate from the canal side
- There is a cafe on site as well as a large outdoor area overlooking the river
