For those looking for an exhilarating but quick experience, the tandem option is perfect. With just 20 minutes of ground training, you'll be ready to jump with an experienced instructor by your side. Freefall at 120mph for a full minute, experiencing an adrenaline rush like no other. If you're looking for a more intense, unattached experience, the accelerated freefall (AFF) course is for you. Over two days, you'll learn from highly experienced instructors, gaining the confidence and skills needed to jump from 15,000ft. With two instructors accompanying you during the jump, you'll feel a sense of freedom and exhilaration like never before. Accelerated Freefall (2 Days)

Day 1:

  • Ground training with a BPA qualified instructor

Day 2:

  • Refresher training
  • Jump from 15,000ft, accompanied but not attached to, two expert instructors
  • Open and land your own parachute
  • Debrief and solo certificate presentation

Information

  • Spectators are welcome to watch
  • The spectator area provides safe and comfortable area for jumpers and friends

  • Minimum age 16 (parental consent needed for age 16/17)
  • Maximum age for AFF is 49
  • Tandem weight restrictions: min 7 stone, max 16 stone (fully clothed) - BMI must be below 39
  • AFF weight restrictions: min 7 stone, max 15 stone (fully clothed) - BMI must be no more than 27.5
  • Height restrictions: min 4ft 11ins. Anyone over 6ft 5ins will need to fit comfortably in the harness
  • Solo students over the age of 40 are required to have a BPA fitness form signed and stamped by a doctor

Minimum Age: 16 years

  • The café onsite provides meals, snacks and drinks
  • The onsite full bar serves the perfect drink to celebrate your successful jump
  • There are plenty of seating areas to enjoy lunch and take in the view of the landing area
  • Tandem jumps can be recorded on video at an extra cost but need to be prebooked
  • No pets or animals are allowed on site

  • All jumps are subject to availability and weather conditions

AFF Parachuting and (2 Days)

  • Selected dates throughout the year
  • Courses generally operate on Mondays/Tuesdays during the summer months and Wednesdays/Thursdays for the remainder of the year
  • Day One: 8.45 am registration for 9am start, finishing between 5-7pm
  • Day 2: 8.45am start, finish time is dependent on weather*
  • * If for some reason your jump cannot go ahead, for safety reasons you must return and jump within 6 weeks
