About the experience

There's nothing quite like clay pigeon shooting in Wales, with its breathtaking coastal views and fresh sea air. The Gower Peninsula, just a 30-minute drive from Swansea, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lovely place to escape to. Visitors can enjoy brisk walks on the sand and a pub lunch in front of a roaring fire, and now you can also add a clay pigeon shoot to the itinerary. The shooting location offers stunning views of the beach, dunes, hills, and rolling fields that extend to the Burry Estuary and beyond. The team in Wales is experienced in hosting clay shoots for all abilities, with instructors who are great at putting beginners at ease. They use low-recoil cartridges, so there's no need to worry about recoil pain. You don't have to be a seasoned shooter to enjoy this experience. The club has a full range of arms to suit your size, and success is more about technique than strength. The session includes 50 clays, all the necessary gear, and expert tuition. Combine this with a stroll around Llanmadoc village, and you've got a lovely day out on the Gower Peninsula.
