Get to know the picturesque countryside surrounding Ely and Cambridgeshire with a 45 Minute Microlight Flight from Sutton Meadows Airfield. Regarded by most as one of the best centres for Microlighting, if you're keen to start your flying journey and feel confident in the skies, you won't want to miss out on an experience from here. This flex-wing Microlight, which will probably be a P&M GT450 is the ideal plane to learn in as it's easy to fly with simple controls but the pilot will run through everything for you before you move an inch from the ground. And then here comes the fun part - you'll be getting dressed up in a helmet, flying suit and goggles, all provided on the day! This is an open cockpit experience, so you'll be immersed in the natural elements through the duration of your flight as you get to grips with the controls and soar across the Fens and the endless rolling hills of Cambridgeshire. It can be a welcome refreshment on a hot sunny day, but rest assured you'll feel protected against the elements with all the equipment provided.
