This iconic training aircraft built and designed by de Havilland in the early 1930s trained many fighter pilots during World War II, and it continues to be held in high regard by heritage aviation enthusiasts to this day. You'll be sat in the passenger seat of the cockpit with an expert pilot at the controls on your glorious flight above this historic air base.   • Minimum age for Tiger Moth flights is 16
  • Maximum weight limit is 18 stone
  • You need to be agile enough to climb into the cockpit

  • You are welcome to bring friends and family along however they will need to enter the museum to view the flight
  • Entry to IWM Duxford is compulsory for participants and accompanying guests. Guests will enjoy half price entry to the site, children under 5 go free

  • Flights take place on regular weekends including bank holidays, and selected weekdays from mid-March to mid-November
