30 Minute Tiger Moth Flight - Kent
About the experience
Step back in time with an exhilarating 30-minute historic Tiger Moth Flight over the picturesque skies of Kent and the Garden of England! It's the ultimate treat for aviation and history buffs alike. You'll have the choice of flying in either the G-ANMO or G-PWBE Tiger Moths. G-ANMO, born in 1934, served the RAF until 1953, then journeyed to France before returning to the UK in 1970. After a thorough restoration, she's been soaring since 1987, decked out in the classic post-war trainer colours. On the other hand, G-PWBE, a bit younger, was crafted in 1959 by Lawrence Engineering Services in Australia, making her a rare gem. You might notice a few tweaks, like a tail wheel and brakes, making her versatile for more than just grass runways. Your adventure kicks off with a pre-flight briefing, where you'll get the lowdown on the aircraft's technicalities. Once in the cockpit, you'll find dual controls, ensuring you don't miss a beat of the breathtaking views. Feel the thrill as you take the reins yourself, or simply relax and soak in the stunning Kentish landscape, dotted with landmarks like Sissinghurst Castle and the scenic Tenterden railway line. Don't let this extraordinary historic escapade slip away—grab your voucher now and make memories to last a lifetime!
