The event will take place at the Byrkley Park Garden Centre, a few miles west of Burton upon Trent, where there are a tonne of amenities on-site as well as lots of room for bird flying. Here in Staffordshire, David the falconer and his feathery companions will show you a wonderful in-depth look at what the honourable sport of falconry entails - as well as lots of handling and flying time included in the three-hour falconry experience.

It was a fantastic day out. To walk round the fields watching a Harris Hawk doing it's thing and having it land on my hand a few times was amazing. I'd recommend this day to anyone who has even the slightest interest in birds of prey. A very enjoyable and informative day.

A suberb experience, both David and Amy were very welcoming and clearly care very much about the birds. They are very knowledgeable and ensured everyone in the group was involved at all times. We even found Davidâ€™s dad jokes funny! We would definitely recommend.
