15 Minute Weekday Tiger Moth Flight - Great Yarmouth
About the experience
Embark on a journey through aviation history with our exclusive Flying Experience Voucher. Step back in time to the late 1940s and take the reins of a classic Tiger Moth, resplendent in its original RAF training colour livery. This 15-minute weekday lesson offers a taste of nostalgia as you soar above the breathtaking coastal views of Great Yarmouth and Caister-on-Sea. Taking off from North Denes Airfield, the site opening in 1950 was the ideal base for off-shore aircraft operations, primarily helicopters which began flying from the fixed wing in 1965. Our flight operator has a small vintage collection of Tiger Moths, among which the late 1940s model reigns supreme for this unique experience. Complementing this iconic aircraft are another 1940 Moth and a rare 1935 variant, all housed at Yarmouth. Rest assured, our pilots possess extensive aviation backgrounds, spanning from RAF to commercial ventures - ensuring your safety is our top priority! And hey, speaking of our pilots, they're not afraid to spice things up a bit. So, don't be surprised if they treat you to some thrilling aerial acrobatics along the way. Just hold on to your hat and enjoy the ride! This 15-minute weekday experience, redeemable from Monday to Thursday, isn't an experience you want to miss, so purchase your vouchers online now!
